Organizational Structure

There is a general manager in the foreign trade department of our company. The general manager manages six departments: sales department, marketing department, document department, finance department, quality inspection department and office. The sales department is responsible for communicating with customers, striving for and implementing sales contracts, while the marketing department is responsible for the company's publicity and promotion, the document department is responsible for the production of foreign trade documents, the finance department is responsible for specific financial work, the quality inspection department is responsible for inspecting goods and shipping, and the office is responsible for company recruitment and administrative work.
